Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)¶

We understand that litigation can be stressful and expensive.  Alternative dispute resolution can sometimes resolve disputes quicker and more cost efficiently than litigation. Our solicitors will discuss and advise on possible methods of settling a dispute before litigation starts such as mediation or early neutral evaluation and assist you in the negotiation process. This often saves time and money and enables business relationships to continue.

The Court Process¶

If a claim through the court can't be avoided, we will guide you through the process and help you in each step of the litigation journey. We have over 40 years' experience of court claims and we aim to do all we can to maximise your chances of success and help you obtain your desired outcome. We have extensive knowledge of the court system and the expectation of judges at all levels.

Enforcement¶

Unfortunately, a successful claim can sometimes be only half the battle. The judgment needs to be turned into a payment. We have a specialised department of commercial litigation solicitors and support staff dealing with the different methods of enforcement, and can advise on how they can be used effectively.
