About ¶

Ian is an experienced associate, dealing with defended Debt Recovery Claims across small claims, fast track, intermediate and multi-track cases. As a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Ian is experienced in conducting various types of litigation, specialising mainly in commercial and consumer debt recovery. Until 2007, Ian worked in credit management roles so his experience in this area is truly extensive – he is a fount of credit related knowledge.

Ian has a keen interest in politics and current affairs and enjoys music, comedy and watching football matches.
