About 

Amelia joined Harwood & Co in May 2026, following a work experience placement for third year law students through our partnership with Leeds Beckett University. During the placement, Amelia’s diligence and attention to detail really stood out, and we were delighted to be able to offer her a permanent position in our Debt Recovery Team.

Amelia particularly enjoys the pragmatic and systematic approach that debt recovery work requires. She is keen to develop her skills around drafting documents and advocacy. 

Her hobbies include travelling, Pilates, reading books, going on long walks and spending time with her dog.
