What our employees say

Having worked at a previous law firm for over 14 years, I thought nothing was ever going to compare to that culture. It did not take long to realise it was better here at Harwood & Co. My role involves working in the office, but the flexibility of being able to work from home when needed stands out for me. The praise and appreciation make you go above and beyond your everyday duties. They invest in their employees by supporting us to achieve our goals.

What our employees say

I think what really sets Harwood & Co apart from previous places I have worked, is that the values of collaboration and small team/family feel are still upheld; loyalty and hard work are valued and recognised, everybody has a voice and we're not just replaceable numbers in the firm. There's a true commitment to being a team and a unit which is so hard to find nowadays.

Victoria Stevens, Trainee Solicitor

What our employees say

I joined Harwood & Co three years ago as a paralegal. The firm has supported me through my training contract and I have recently qualified as a solicitor. I could not have done this without the wealth of support and guidance offered to me by my colleagues and seniors. Harwood & Co offers excellent flexibility which promotes a great work life balance.

Chelsea Harrison, Solicitor
