Phillip is a solicitor in our litigation and debt recovery department.
He studied Law at Lancaster University, before completing the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University. He joined Harwood & Co in July 2021, after working as a paralegal including a period at a large international firm, and has worked in litigation since 2014.
Phillip qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in early 2020, before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020.
Phillip deals with complex Commercial Litigation cases allocated to the Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi Track. Phillip also regularly represents clients at hearings and trials, having previously had experience as a County Court Advocate.
