We are constantly monitoring the situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, including following the advice from the relevant health and government bodies, including the World Health Organisation, the British government, and the Department of Health and Social Care.
The health of our staff is our priority and we have therefore put the following policies in place:
• We work from home when possible.
• We self-isolate for 14 days in line the latest government advice.
• External meetings are not permitted, but instead we utilise technology to bring meetings online.
• We do not permit visitors to our site.
• We improve hygiene practices.
Our working practices, IT operations and telephone systems are designed to allow flexible and remote working. We therefore hope that the above policies will cause the minimum disruption, but please be aware that our normal high standards of service may be affected in relation to service delivery timings.
We will continue to monitor the changing situation and this message will be updated in light of any further advice from the relevant authorities.
In the meantime, we would ask that any work, instructions or documentation which is ready to come to us is sent straight away so that we can do our best to act as quickly as possible, in case the situation worsens and further restrictions are imposed upon us.
Thank you.
